In collaboration with Art Singel 100 gallery from Amsterdam, we present an exhibition of recent works by the Dutch painter Anton Martineau, one of the most representative artists of the post Cobra group.
In his first exhibition in our gallery, Martineau presents his most recent works, a personal vision on the work of Velázquez, in which counts, dukes and infantas are turned into expressionist characters through strong brushstrokes.
To complete the show we have included a selection of still lifes, very characteristic of Martineau’s oeuvre.
