Doctor Julio Sanguinett, former president of Uruguay has done a conference on Rafael Barradas, the Uruguayan painter that contributed to renew Barcelona’s artistic panorama, especially with his personal contribution to the avantgardes, vibrationism. He also had a close relation with Josep Dalmau, the marchand of the avantgardes, as well as with Federico Garcia-Lorca or Joaquin Torres-Garcia.
